2. Definition of “Non-corporate” accounts:
“Non-corporate” accounts are those that are not linked to a specific organization or company. Here are some examples of non-corporate account domains:
- Gmail: Gmail accounts, such as name@gmail.com, are examples of non-corporate accounts. These are personal accounts that anyone can create to access Google services.
- Yahoo: Yahoo accounts, such as name@yahoo.com, are also non-corporate accounts. Yahoo offers email services and other functions for individual users.
- Outlook: Outlook accounts, such as name@outlook.com, are provided by Microsoft and are used for email services and cloud storage.
3. Procedure for requesting the sending of emails to non-corporate accounts:
We are aware that there are clients, suppliers, guarantors, etc. who use non-corporate accounts for the performance of their duties. Therefore, we have opened the possibility to request the unblocking of specific non-corporate accounts, and for this, it is necessary to make the request through a ticket on our Helpdesk portal, taking into account the following considerations:
- The category to select is: Infrastructure->Mail.
- The requested emails CANNOT BE your personal emails.
- The request must be coordinated with your leadership.
