Grants
The Grants service has the following activities and the project activities that will be seen later::
CREATION AND EDITION OF PROJECTS
One of the key elements in the Grants service is the figure of the Project.
In the details section of a Grants mission, you can create as many projects as you need. To do this, from the "Details" section of the mission, clicking on "+" and filling in the name of the project and the strategy, you can create a project for that mission.
You can change the Status of this Grant project:

Working on proposal.
On hold by client.
On hold by call.
Submitted.
Granted.
Rejected.
Resign to submit.
No potential found.
Grant renounced.
A project mission can be created within the Grants mission (previous section). This project mission has different sections than other service missions. Project and service mission data must be completed. The project has these sections:

“Title”, “Name”, y “Mission type” are automatic fields and cannot be changed.
Long title. The full title of the project.
Assigned to. The owner of each mission can assign the the mission to any team member (usually) or to another team (rarely). He is the producer of the mission and can update the status and register hours to milestones/activities. He/she can add a member, not owner or controller.
Status code. Mission status (opportunity, working on proposal, on hold by client, on hold by call, submitted, granted, rejected, resign to submit, no potential found, grant renounced, report service).
Start date, end date, done date.
Extra fields.
Country.
Consortia. If this option is checked, the Consortia tab between Comments and Payment appears. You must choose if you are a Leader or a Partner.
Next Generation.
EEN TECH 1, EEN TECH 1 TYPE, EEN TECH 2, EEN TECH 2 TYPE.
As with the rest of the missions, the activities are divided between milestones and tasks below these milestones. These are the milestones and tasks:

Status (Pending, Sent, Positive, Negative, Inconclusive).

If the project status changes to Granted, the following activities are created:

For those projects that have more than one justification milestone, the option to clone the Report activity has been enabled:

This grid/table can be completed directly by clicking on the fields you want to edit, the status and the dates.
When you complete the "Status", the "progress" will automatically be changed, and the done date will be marked with today's date. You can change the status in the same grid, by clicking here:

You can change the end date manually if you want also in the same grid by clicking on the date and selecting by the calendar or typing the date mm/dd/yyyy.
However, you can also enter each task or milestone and change the status, completion date, and due date (if needed).
When this icon appears: “”, it means that the task or milestone has extra fields. You can access these additional fields by clicking on the icon, or by entering the task and going to Details, and you will see Additional Fields at the bottom:
Member number.
Submitted budget,
Requested Loan.
Requested Fund.
Payment. If is necessary to put the payments when client receives them, must enter the Granted Fund, the Granted Loan and the & paid. You must add by clicking the “+” button and put % over total, expected date and payment date:
