Activities
The activities depend on the service of the mission. Activities are divided into milestones and tasks. The are some milestones that have tasks below, and you need to complete their tasks to complete the milestone.

This grid/table is able to fill it directly clicking in the fields you want to edit, for example the status and dates.
When you complete the “Status”, automatically the “progress will” be changed, and the done date is marked with today date. You can change the status on the same grid, clicking on this:

You can change the done date manually if you want in the same grid too, clicking the date and selecting by the calendar or writing the date dd/mm/yyyy.
Anyway, you can also enter each task or milestone and change the status, the done date and the deadline (if it’s necessary).
When it appears this icon: “
”, it means that the task or milestone has extra fields. You can access this extra fields clicking on the icon, or entering the task and going to Details, and you will see Extra fields on the bottom:
